Privacy policy

This page describes the data this site actually collects, why, and who it is shared with.

Last reviewed: 27 Aug 2026

Draft, pending the owner’s approval

This page states the rules the system actually enforces. The registered company name, commercial registration, VAT number and contact details have not been supplied yet, and final legal wording has to be approved before launch.

What we collect

To complete a booking we ask for your name and mobile number, your email address optionally, the number of adults and children, and your dates and chosen unit. If you create an account we keep your email and name, and reception may record your nationality and the last four digits of your ID on arrival.

Payment details

Payment happens with the payment provider directly. We never receive or store your full card number; what reaches us is the outcome, its reference, the card type and the last four digits.

What we use it for

To confirm and manage your booking, to write to you about it, to check you in on arrival, and for accounting and a record we can refer to if a payment is ever disputed. We do not send marketing messages unless you have explicitly chosen to receive them.

Who we share it with

With the payment provider, to take payment and issue refunds, and with the messaging provider that delivers your confirmation. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Sensitive administrative changes are written to an audit log that includes the network address of the staff member who made them.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected, or to have anything not required by law deleted, and you can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
