Draft, pending the owner’s approval
This page states the rules the system actually enforces. The registered company name, commercial registration, VAT number and contact details have not been supplied yet, and final legal wording has to be approved before launch.
How a booking is made
When you pick a unit and dates, those nights are held for you for 15 minutes while you fill in your details. Once payment starts they stay held for a further 30 minutes. If the time runs out without payment the nights are released and you owe nothing.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT at 15%. The price shown at checkout is the price you are charged, and it is fixed to your booking; later price changes do not affect a booking already made.
Deposit and balance
The summary shows what is due now and what remains, and the pay button names the amount that will be taken at that moment. The balance, where there is one, is settled on arrival.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00, Riyadh time. The shortest stay is one night and the longest is 30 nights, unless the unit states otherwise.
Number of guests
Each unit has a maximum number of guests shown on its page, and it is binding. Arriving with more people than the booking states entitles reception to refuse entry.
